create lightweight prototypes and test them with users early and often to validate assumptions and ideas.
Create and allocate task for UI designers and developers in Jira with required wireframe, user stories, timeline, etc
Act as POC between development team and design team and Ensure that the team has what they need to deliver high-quality work
Continuously refine and improve the product based on the feedback from users and other stakeholders.
User research and conduct user interviews and usability test (Face to face and through video) to understand the pain points in detail and make improvements in the user experience of product.

The problem of low Fieldmax adoption and delayed updates was initially brought to our attention through feedback from supervisors and sales teams. They reported that salespeople were not consistently using the application during field visits, leading to incomplete or delayed updates on sales activities and potential leads. This created a communication gap between sales teams and supervisors, as well as missed opportunities and potential revenue loss.
Data analytics also confirmed the issue, showing a low percentage of active users and incomplete or delayed updates in the Fieldmax system. This data underscored the need to identify the root cause of the problem and develop a solution that would enhance Fieldmax adoption and communication for all users.
